Update the snapshot test to match the new output.
It was relying on a particular output of unstable sort before, by accident.

This PR updates to pdb-addr2line 0.11.1, which deduplicates symbols consistently - if multiple symbols are at the same address, it will now always pick the first.
This lets us revert #358 because the test should pass regardless of rust version now. The revert is done as part of this PR.
