Percussion on channel 10

According to the midi spec, notes played on channel 10 refer to percussion instruments. The default percussion instrument does not seem to be generated by the generator and channel 10 does not seem to process percussion instruments.

I think the real problem here is, how can a sound font be loaded for the dedicated Percussion instrument on channel 10? The loader should provide for a special case instrument named, for example, "percussion10", that when loaded, is available on channel 10.

I've implemented drum conversion in midijssf-from-sf2-pmb. I'd be glad to hear whether it worked for you.
