Description

This pull request adds a new model entry for "Qwen3-VL-4B-Thinking" to the gallery/index.yaml file. The new entry includes metadata, download URLs, descriptions, and file references for the model and its associated projection file.

Model additions

• Added a new model entry for qwen3-vl-4b-thinking with relevant URLs, description, and parameter overrides in gallery/index.yaml.
• Included references to the model file Qwen3-VL-4B-Thinking-Q4_K_M.gguf and the projection file mmproj/mmproj-Qwen3-VL-4B-Thinking-F16.gguf, along with their SHA256 checksums and HuggingFace URIs.
