feat(ui): small refinements

Description

This PR contains small refinements for navigation and model management:

• When models are loaded already, now are showed in the home and the user can quickly stop all the running models or do that selectively
• Reduce elements in the navbar and group management/configuration ones in a single one.
• Enhances the management view readability, by using tabular views instead of cards
