E2E Test Issues?

Is anyone else having issues getting the E2E tests to pass?

For context, I have just checked out the repo and was working my way throught the CONTRIBUTING.md doco.

Steps I take on clean checkout main branch and clean database.

cp .env.example .env    # use defaults
make dev

# install playwright browsers a step not mentioned in the doco 
# but an error buried amongst run output if you look closely.
pnpm exec playwright install chromium

make check

All E2E tests fail except 1 which is a basic redirect test.

SUGGESTION:
Run E2E tests in Github workflows to avoid them regressing moving forward.
