Is there a way to set a different model and provider for hermes aside from the default?

My default Hermes agent provider is Minimax, but I am wondering if I am able to set some agents to a completely different provider, such as Google or OpenAI. If so, how do you do that? Do you override it at the agent level, and if that works, is there a format for how you set that? Is it like the provider/model name? If not, that would be a really handy thing to be able to do to set other models aside from the Hermes default.
