Yea scripting probleme , on VehicleDrown on water must be added , i can't use cols for the arround of SAN ANDREAS map

Not sure if I understood you, but you don't need cols to make a workaround for that event. To make a workaround for now you can use a timer which periodically checks if vehicle is in water, and then triggers an event. If you believe timers are not precise enough and you want absolute precision and instant results, you can check it in onClientPreRender.
