Camera should save screenshots to GTA SA User Files, but this no longer works

I see the issue, #3667 is disabled by default. (may should be enabled? like before)

No, I think it should remain disabled by default to prevent users from saving screenshots in the GTA: San Andreas screenshots folder without their knowledge.
This means that if you want to have screenshots, you have to activate it manually and deactivate it again when you no longer need it.
