Describe the bug
dxDrawMaterialPrimitive doesn't work with shaders. Due to missing shader check while adding to queue they are skipped when queue is drawn.

To reproduce
Try to use shader in dxDrawMaterialPrimitive call

Expected behaviour
Primitive to be drawn
