How to remove an empty music provider

Previously I tried to connect the music collection on my NAS, but I did it the wrong way. Of course that didn't work. This has been solved.
However, I would like to remove the now empty provider. It is not really a problem as it doesn't do anything harmful. It more that I wonder if the menu lacks the remove option ... or that I simply haven't found the option.

It is the first line in the screen shot showing "URL".
