Remote access with normal user

It seems that remote access can only be done with an adminuser. For my normal user, remote access is not available in the settings. Can this be made possible for normal users?

That is just to enable the option. Once you have it enabled you can go to the website and login

Ok. But where? With my admin user I can only make settings for him and with the normal user there is no remote access in the settings

I don't think I understand your question. You only need to enable remote access once on your server. That has to be done by an "Administrator".
