Pull Request Overview
This PR fixes issues with protocols not showing up by removing an unintended empty line at the beginning of the protocol files and enhances the readability of social media links by converting them to markdown syntax.
- Removed an extra hyphen/empty line at the start of protocols to ensure proper YAML front matter detection
- Replaced plain text URLs with markdown links for social media accounts in the Virtual Board Meeting protocol
