「以下の行為は場所に関係なく禁止され、罰則規定の対象となります。」は、対象を制限しないと影響範囲が広すぎ気がします。 例えば WordBench.org に登録している人が対象なのか、一度でもイベントに参加したことがある人は全員対象なのか、とか。登録者だけ、としてしまうと登録せずに参加している人も結構いると思いますし、ちょっとどう書き換えたら良いのかが思いうかがなかったので、文言を消すのは最適ではないと思うのですが、とりえあず消して上の記述と統合させてみました。 あと、 - WordPress の商標等、知的財産権を侵害する行為。 - スパム行為。 - 法令に違反する行為。 は普通に法的にアウトなので、あえてここに書かなくても良いのではと思いました。（それとも罰則対象とするために必要？）
