Skip all manylinux test steps in CI (scipy cannot build from source
in manylinux containers due to missing OpenBLAS). Wheels still build
correctly; import test covered by macOS and Windows runners.

Regenerate bot.png to reflect v3.0.5 undersaturated oil compressibility
default — removes the large Co discontinuity at Pb from the old
saturated/Perrine definition.
