Support Spring Framework 6.2 and Spring Batch 5.2

We start investigation for supporting Spring Framework 6.2 and Spring Bath 5.2.

• Need to change as using the TaskExecutorJobLauncher instead of the SimpleJobLauncher in test resource because the SimpleJobLauncher has been removed.
