docs: add System Requirements page (platforms, embedding modes, hardware) Neue Wiki-Seite: macOS heute / Windows geplant (Milestone "Windows Support", Epic #86); 3 Embedding-Modi (Ollama/OpenAI/BM25) + Aktivierung; Hardware-Footprint (EmbeddingGemma <200 MB RAM). Verweist auf #78 (cold-start hang) und #79 (semantic recall silently off). Sidebar + Home-Tabellen (EN+DE) ergaenzt. New wiki page covering supported platforms, the three embedding modes and the hardware footprint, linked from the Sidebar and both Home tables.
