[Namadillo]: Shielded IBC Withdraw deletes the memo from the transaction

What happened?

I try to make IBC Transfer Shielded USDC to Custom Address with filled Memo but transaction was sent without any data in memo field.

In addition, this problem (#2228) has not yet been resolved.

Namadillo version (I use https://www.namadillo.app)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter to IBC Transfer -> Withdraw ->Shielded
2. Select asset
3. Select Custom Address option
4. Fill Recipient address and Memo
5. Make transfer
6. Check memo in explorer
