Version 1.6

I'm VERY excited to announce that i have fixed the issues i had with data saving on the bot and the hosting and i have now converted from JSON to a MySQL database 🥳
unfortunately that's the only thing i could've gone for since the other ones would hit even deeper than the hosting already is in my wallet so we'll have to deal with it for now

Here's what changed:

• deleted jsonlib.py (don't need it anymore since i converted to a database)
• added database.py which handles all interactions with the database
• added a little 'loading leaderboards' embed before the boards are loaded because the database is slow 😴
• temporarily removed the user info at the bottom of the boards, i will try to implement it back ASAP but i cant make any promises

I'm going to work on the user info on the leaderboard, after that i will probably try and implement pages to the boards. i don't think it will take very long for me to implement those two things though so expect a new patch soon!
