Extract System.Math

Description

• Extract System.Math class except Max, Min and Abs. The remaining methods are now available in nanoFramework.System.Math NuGet package.

Motivation and Context

• Squeeze mscorlib size in order to be able to deploy in smaller targets.
• Addresses Extract System.Math to become an independent class lib Home#426
