Affine transform example

When the affine transforms PR napari/napari#1616 is merged, it would be good to have an example of how you might use this included with the tutorials.

This would be a good first issue.

You can take the example available at https://github.com/GenevieveBuckley/matched-points-example and write something to put in the applications/ folder of this tutorials repository.

Note: There is a possibility that the convention for rotation angles in napari (whether a positive angle rotates an image clockwise or anti-clockwise) might change, either now or in the future. Issue napari/napari#1658 is set up to track that discussion. If this changes, then that means we don't need to add the extra negative sign to the rotation angle.
