Hi, this is a initial English (en-us) translation done by the community.
It is not perfect at the moment but has shown itself to be useful already. By pushing others can continue to improve in the correct location.
I have created a contributors.md file (not linked on the docs, just for bookkeeping) because some contributors were not familiar with git.
