I think that the roles need to come before the invitation part. If you don't understand the roles, how can you be expected to assign a role to a new user?

Wasn't the original task to clarify that you need to invite someone on the project-level but that you can later edit their automatically-assigned org role? I think we should put the admonition back towards the top, or somewhere visible to make this clear. At least until they fix this. Apart from that, looks great! Well done!
