Ensure we always use identities for relationship endpoints. Merging as this is a bug fix, not a feature.

There is currently inconsistency in the values provided for relationship endpoints: sometimes identities, sometimes Node objects. This should always be identities (to be consistent with the Java driver and the protocol itself).
