Add e2e tests for IpAddress, Prefix, and IpRange

Add e2e tests for IpAddress, Prefix, and IpRange. Focus on the happy path, and for both IPv4 and IPv6

Why is this needed?

Cover happy path, to improve code stability and reduce manual testing time before merging every time

As suggested by @bruelea, to avoid dependencies on demo data that changes with every major/minor version bump, we will create our own tenant and site for the e2e tests.

Will apply on tests created in PR#161 retroactively!
