Make "+ Add" button more detailed #92

Proposed functionality
In all other areas of Netbox, when you have a table and you're adding sub-objects to that table via a "+ Add" button, it details the thing you are adding.
If you are in Regions, the button says "+ Add Region"
If you're in Devices, the buttons says "+ Add a service", and "+ Attach an image", and "+ Create VDC"
Perhaps we can make the "+ Add" button for custom objects say "+ Add [custom object name]"
For example, if I've added a custom object type called "Application", then the button would says "+ Add Application"
or if I created a custom object type called "DHCP Scope" the button would say "+ Add DHCP Scope"
Use case
consistency with similar methods of adding sub-objects from other areas of NetBox.
