GPL for now Qt fax machine based on linmodem, can use soundcard with optoisolator. or usb HSF modem from ebay if the drivers work. or even a speaker + mic taped onto regular pots phone.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION still impliment GUI
might even compile for windows not sure yet
