assets are the exact files downloaded from PyPI, with SHA-256 verified.

Changes

• Binary Attached Computer Workspace APIs: read_bytes, write_bytes,
  upload, download, plus asynchronous counterparts.
• Bounded HTTPS chunks, integrity verification, atomic replacement and
  Workspace/scope validation. Interrupted transfers preserve existing files.
• Unicode Workspace/Browser metadata, bounded Workspace request timeouts and
  sanitized diagnostic codes.
• Stable UUIDs for Mobile journaled commands.

Binary transfers require matching Cloud and Computer Runtime support for
workspace.binary.v1; package installation alone does not update Cloud.
Existing pairing state is preserved. Restart Computer Runtime after upgrading.
