Assistant settings not accessible due to context chat

Hello,

since the latest updates (either to 31.0.7) or now to 32. I can't access my Assistant settings anymore while context chat is enables. If i deactivate the php app i can access it with no issues.
Unfortunately there are no log messages regarding this.

To Reproduce

For me it works with:

1. installing the apps in the named version.
2. Try to open assistant in admin settings.
3. Wait until it fails.

Same with deaktivated context_chat leads to success.

PHP logs (Warning these might contain sensitive information)

None (there is no log produced at all) and i can't access it in the gui since its now in the assistant settings.

Ex-App logs (Warning these might contain sensitive information)

Server logs (if applicable)

No entries regarding this even on debug level.

Can you reproduce this outside of AIO with a normal server checkout?

No, local docker deploy (quick and dirty without ssl but not an AIO) with 32.0.1 and same versions can't reproduce it.
