A fixed shortcut for scrolling the article up/down

I love News, and I love how keyboard-enabled it is. I want to be able to use my reader with keyboard only, as it helps me reduce strain and is overall comfortable.

I love how many shortcuts there are, but I lack just one. I can confidently use shortcuts to move between articles and channels. However, I have to use the mouse to allow for scrolling the open article itself. Sometimes all I need is to click on the article, and it allows me to use keyboard arrows to go up and down, but I would love to have a fixed shortcut available to do so, or at least a convenient way to move focus between panes.

Since focusing on the lists doesn't make sense for keyboard navigation, I've implemented that the focus is automatically set on the article (#3791). With that the arrow keys and PgDown/PgUp can be used as usual for scrolling the article.
