Newly created notes are repeatedly duplicated in version 4.5.0

Describe the bug

All notes that I have created since September 21st have been duplicated many times, some of them have over 100 duplicates. I am not sure if this has to do with #2826

I'm seeing this bug with version 4.5.0 too, 4.4.2 seems not affected.

Ths is seriously annoying and it will be very detrimental to all affected users. For me, 10 or so notes ended up creating about 1200+ copies of themselves, total.

Same. Also see #2849 in conjunction and this is really bad.

Workaround seems to be to delete the duplicates in the files app. The latest note (to keep) seems to still be the one without the suffix aka no number at all (also sort by "recently changed"), which also indicates it somehow also still updates (updated) the old note.

For some reason/for better or worse, it seems no new synchronizations are possible anyway, because of #2849

Same here. Notes App 4.5.0. The app is basically unusable now.

For a few months now it seems that with every app update (even of "official" nextcloud apps, like this one) a new critical bug is introduced. There does not seem to be any quality control in place at all.
These seems to be glaringly obvious bugs that a basic testing should have revealed before release - like the infinite re-uploading of all files in the nextcloud sync client for android a few versions back, which used up all my mobile data.

To the nextcloud team: how can we (as "normal" users, not developers) support you in getting this under control? So that we do not have to fear with every app update that everything will break again? And then waste our and your time with filing bugs, and downgrading and reinstalling apps.

I tried clearing storage/cache for the app but the issue persisted. I was able to downgrade to 4.4.2 by uninstalling and then using the APK at https://github.com/nextcloud/notes-android/releases/tag/4.4.2, and it seems to be fixed.
