no fullscreen-screensharing with muliple participants

Steps to reproduce

1. start a call with multiple participants
2. share screen from one user

Expected behaviour

• screenshare is fullscreen

• possibility to close fullscreen by "X" icon

• add some indicator in gridview to see who is sharing the screen

• manually open this screenshare by clicking

• also fix Share screen from desktop browser not showing fullscreen #913 to seen the whole screen that is shared

Actual behaviour

screenshare is not fullscreen

Without this feature is it often quite hard to see what it shown on the shared screen.

My workaround: use the browser on your phone. This also doesn't allow a perfect fullscreen version of the shared screen, but you at least have the option to not see yourself and others. You are also able to zoom in, which is quite nice.

Kindly fix it. I had to switch to Google Meet because of this issue.
