MakeReadyOS Android 0.1.0-beta.3 - Firebase SDK preparation

MakeReadyOS Android 0.1.0-beta.3

This is a Firebase SDK preparation release, not a working native-push release.
No server sender, account-linked device registration, notification controls or
foreground notification toasts have shipped in this release.

Changes

• Optional Firebase Messaging SDK build using the Google services plugin.
• Private client configuration read from ignored nonpublish/google-services.json.
• Explicit -PfirebaseNotifications=true opt-in; generic builds contain no operator Firebase configuration.
• Messaging auto-registration and Analytics collection disabled until authenticated opt-in is implemented.
• Firebase, Resend SMTP and Cloudflare Tunnel setup guides, with credential and verification guidance.

Installation

The attached APK is the generic build, not an operator-configured Firebase build.
Install over a previous signed beta; do not uninstall or clear storage.
Application ID and signing certificate are unchanged. Android version code is 5.

Operator-configured builds must be distributed privately. Their intended Firebase
client identifiers are embedded in the APK, but service-account credentials must
never be included.

The corresponding web source archive is attached; Android source is available
from the tagged release archives. License: AGPL-3.0-only.

Existing beta limitations remain. Creating a Firebase project or installing an
SDK-enabled APK does not enable work notifications.
