  • The map legend now shows the number of (visible) tips for different deme (circle) sizes.

  • Hovering over demes (circles or arcs) on the map panel shows a hover box with the deme's tip count and (where applicable) the number of tips in the hovered arc.

  • SVG download (via "download data" in the footer) has had a major re-write fixing a number of bugs.
    These include multiple bugs regarding missing map tiles, incorrect panel layout, missing legends, incorrect fonts.
    Vector editing programs (Inkscape, Illustrator etc) should also handle these new SVGs better.

  • Bugfix: the tree and entropy panels now remove their drawings when they unmount, and the entropy panel stops observing its visibility.
    A later mount on the same DOM, as in React StrictMode, no longer draws over the old drawing.

  • Bugfix: a temporal axis narrower than the minimum grid spacing no longer freezes the browser.
    This could happen in the tree and frequencies panels with small windows, the grid layout, or long tip labels.

  • Bugfix: the space reserved for tip labels now correctly fits the longest label in view.
    This updates according to the chosen tip label key.
