What criteria should I use to edit a design system plugin markdown file?

Hey there,

I'm a product manager for IBM's Carbon Design System. I've been using Open Design to prototype and I've been really enjoying it. I noticed that you have Carbon listed in the design system plugins, but I think it might need some updates to how Open Design interprets Carbon.

We have an MCP server along with guidance on adding skills. Could I make a PR to update the DESIGN.md file on your repo? And if I did, what would I change to improve the experience of people building with Carbon using Open Design.
