NAP Policy table headers are not expanding

The table headers of the tables in the NAP Policy page are not aligning with the table rows.

Followed up with @ADubhlaoich. This table is generated automatically from the waf side, so we'll need to follow up with them to change their export format.
We can fix this by hand, but the changes would be removed after the next release from waf.
