Add the security log bundle to the NIC/NIM WAF integration

Proposed changes

• Update the NIC compiling security bundles with NIM documentation to include the security log.
• Add Manifest/Helm tabs for the different commands
• Add AppProtect shortcode for the compiler version used when compiling bundles.
