Capitalisation of headings

Up until iOS 18, some Apple apps used block capitals for certain sub-headings. This included the Settings and App Store apps.

In the Settings app, these headings have changed to sentence case with iOS 26. The App Store app still has some fully capitalised headings.

Sentence case fits better with the NHS Service Manual punctuation guidance. The guidance points out that block capitals can be more difficult to read.

There's no real action needed for us at this stage. Our latest native NHS App prototypes use sentence case for headings. We should probably just keep aware of the changing platform convention here.
