## 1- Overview Preferences window allows to set various features for ArcadeRoom. It contains the following: - General tab - Platforms tab - Buttons bar

This windows is opened through the edit menu of ArcadeRoom menu bar.

## 2- General tab This tab allows to set general preferences. It contains the following: - Style drop-down list - Language drop-down list ### 2.1- Style drop-down list Allowing to choose the ArcadeRoom style to be applied.
There is an element on this list for each available application style json file.
Refer to the following wiki page for more information about these json files. ### 2.2- Language drop-down list Allowing to choose the ArcadeRoom language to be applied.

Refer to the following TODO for more information about these language files. ## 3- Platforms tab This tab allows to set platforms preferences. It contains the following: - Platforms drop-down list - Emulator path field - Roms path field ### 3.1 -Platforms drop-down list Allowing to choose the platform to be configured.
There is an element on this list for each available platform json file.
Refer to the following wiki page for more information about these json files. ### 3.2- Emulator path field Allowing to set the path to the emulator executable.

Refer to the following wiki page for more information about this feature. ## 4- Buttons bar Following buttons allow to interact with preferences window: - Apply button - Close button ### 4.1- Apply button This button allows to apply all modifications done in all tabs of preference window since its opening, or since the last press on apply button if previously happened.
Note that preferences window is not closed following press on this button. ### 4.2- Close button This button allows to close the preferences window.
Note that all non applyed modifications done in preferences window are lost following press on this button.
