Add examples in the readme

Add a section saying something like "In the wild", where it references the https://github.com/nikita-volkov/typeclasses.dhall repository, how it uses this workflow (https://github.com/nikita-volkov/typeclasses.dhall/blob/master/.github/workflows/deploy-docs-to-pages.yaml) and the docs that it generates (https://nikita-volkov.github.io/typeclasses.dhall/)
