focus-follows-mouse issue with menubar usage

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open two windows side by side using parallel tiling.
2. Select the right window and try to use an item from the menu bar for that application.

Expected result:
The menu bar should be easy to use.

Actual result:

1. Moving the cursor through the left window changes the focus, and therefore the menu bar switches to the context of the left application. (This is kind of expected and may not be fixable.)
2. Moving the cursor vertically to the menu bar and opening a menu works, but when trying to click an item in the dropdown menu, the menu always closes and the focus switches to the underlying window instead.

Already acknowledged by the maintainer (@nikitabobko) in Issue #12.

Potential fix:
Add a Freeze Focus mode that temporarily disables the focus-follows-mouse behavior.
