Should partially remedy the problem in #2103, #2098
In the case where an output directory did not exist,
docker runwas tasked with creating the output directory, leading to potential permission problems when running as non-root. This PR creates the nonexistent directory within the wrapper, prior to the docker command.Also adds in GID remapping information to the parser help string.
