Add motion visualization from petprep_hmc #169

What would you like to see added in this software?
PETPrep_hmc (https://github.com/mnoergaard/petprep_hmc/) produces a visualization showing the dynamic images before and after motion correction. It would be nice to have these figures made in PETPrep as well, as they provide valuable visual information about the motion.
