Allow robust co-registration if default co-registration fails #177

What would you like to see added in this software?
Sometimes the co-registration between PET and anatomical T1w might fail due to low signal or large initial misalignments. In these cases, it would be ideal to have an option to perform robust co-registration. This might take longer computational time, but should fix the issues associated with the default co-registration.
