Niri Settings with keybind editor

Some time I'm playing with this, now added a shortcut editor.
niri validate is built-in in the "Files" tab. Niri v25.11 is mandatory for it.
Testing appreciated :)

• "Tools" tab which can show informations (e.g. niri msg pick-window, xwayland windows and perform actions (kill window, copy color to clipboard
