Windows might not recognize the phone as a valid USB drive so it will complain that a driver is missing for it. And workaround I've found to fix this, is to create a new 10GB ntfs partition, assign it a letter and copy the content of the Windows installation on that partition, then booting the Windows installer with isodrive
