Windows might not recognize the phone as a valid USB drive so it will complain that a driver is missing for it. An workaround I've found to fix this, is to create a new 10GB ntfs partition, assign it a letter and copy the content of the Windows installation on that partition, then boot the Windows installer with isodrive.

For some reason you MUST NOT delete that 10GB partition, otherwise Windows won't boot anymore.
