s1 call kit
Same-day kit: the date above is the day you use it. If it is stale, that is the finding.
Call window: 8:30–9:30 AM (after assembly, before classes settle — the principal is findable). If no answer, retry at 10:30 and 12:30 before falling back to the WhatsApp message.
Goal of the call: a time on the calendar TODAY. Nothing else. No price, no pitch, no features on the phone — the offer conversation happens in person, after the audit (binding sequencing guard #1).

(English: "I'd like to come today for one hour — to see how your teachers actually keep the register, and then 15 minutes with you; I have a proposal I want to put in front of you in person. What time today works?")
Then be quiet. Let them pick a time. Any time today is a win.
- "Aaj busy hai / next week" → "Sirf ek ghanta, main aapke time pe aaunga — subah ya lunch ke baad, jo theek ho. Kal ka bhi chal jayega." (Take ANY same-week slot; today > tomorrow > never. Do not leave the call without a date and time.)
- "Phone pe hi bata do" → "Jo dikhana hai woh kagaz pe hai, 15 minute se zyada nahi lunga. Aamne-saamne hi theek rahega." (The offer goes on the table, not on the phone.)
- "Kitna kharcha hai?" → "Wahi to saamne rakh kar batana chahta hoon — 15 minute. Aap dekh kar hi decide karna." (Price only in person, printed, with the manual-vs-automated table visible.)
- "Kaunsa app? Humne dekha nahi" → Don't demo on the phone. "Isiliye aana chahta hoon — pehle main dekhunga aap kaise kaam karte hain, phir dikhaunga."

- Phone with the app logged in (teacher + principal accounts) — do NOT demo AI generation (key is broken)
- Notebook for the audit — capture: paper register's actual marks (P/A? initials?), who fills it and when, what happens to absentees today, what the school currently pays for (diary/SMS/software), which language the register and staff room run in (closes TD1), and WHO SIGNS spending decisions
- S4 exit requirement: a verbatim written answer to the offer + the named signer, same day — even if the answer is no
- ~40 min: sit with 1–2 teachers during a real attendance moment; watch, don't pitch
- ~5 min: breathe, pick your strongest observed fact ("aapke yahan X hota hai...")
- ~15 min: principal's office → offer on the table → ask → write down the exact words of the answer
