Been using bot for a few weeks now, and have a few questions.

1. I am using 'RESPOND PREFIX=tgnotify_status MSG="Finished First Layers"' but if I have telegram open I see this, but I don't get an notification for this on my phone. Why not?
2. This may be related to first issue, but when I send above command, the image in the status message is continuously updated, how to just have it send a single image, and not stream it?
3. I have progress notifications set, but why am i not getting any of these auto progress messages?
