🐛 Bug: select options remove issue

Please confirm if bug report does NOT exists already ?

• I confirm there is no existing issue for this

Steps to reproduce ?

while editing select options if you add x number of options and remove the last one (one of the new added ones)
it causes your old options (x-1) to removed

Desired Behavior

delete should behave normal for new options
