Dashboard Audio Out Core Node

What are the steps to reproduce?

Add the node to a flow. Select a voice to be used. Click done button.

What happens?

Depending on which voice is chosen, sometimes the choice is saved. Sometime it is not.

What do you expect to happen?

I would expect the chosen voice to be saved (and used when triggered).

Please tell us about your environment:

• Node-RED version: 1.1.3
• node-red-dashboard version: 2.23.2
• Node.js version: Not sure how to determine
• npm version: Not sure how to determine
• Platform/OS: docker inside synology
• Browser: Primarily Chrome on Windows 10, but consistently wrong across all place tried.
